Welcome to Lancify. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using Lancify. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Lancify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your personal freelance business purposes. You agree not to:
Use Lancify for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Resell, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the platform
Use our AI tools to generate misleading, harmful, or spam content
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately at support@lancifyai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Responsibility of Contributors
Any content you create, upload, or share through Lancify — including proposals, emails, and client communications — is your responsibility. Lancify is not liable for how you use AI-generated content on the platform.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Lancify provides tools and resources to help freelancers grow their business. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in securing clients, generating income, or achieving any specific business outcome. Results vary based on individual effort, skills, niche, and market conditions.
6. Refund Policy
Lancify does not offer refunds by default. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your experience, you may contact our support team to request a 50% refund. Each request is reviewed individually and processed at our discretion.
7. Subscription & Billing
Lancify operates on an auto-renewal subscription model. You will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle based on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and technology on the Lancify platform is owned by Lancify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lancify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 30 days.
